TGEG (True Green Energy Group) and SBSC (Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation) were both founded by our Chairman Mr. Ronald Flynn and started specifically on March 11, 2009 and June 30, 2008 respectively. TGEG SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) Registration was amended by majority vote of the Board of Directors and stockholders of both companies duly registered in the Philippines at that time, due to the change of the principal address adopted on August 5, 2009. Currently, TGEG has an official address located at Unit 5, 7 and 8 Business Arcade 1, Philexcel Business Park, M. Roxas Highway, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga Philippines. In 2009, based on efforts and hard work, TGEG immediately operated expansion offices located in Bertaphil, Clark Pampanga and Manila, The Fort Bonifacio, Global City Philippines.
