Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of TGEG, Renato W. Lee III is responsible for running all facets of the business. Renato is motivated and performance driven
CEO with experience in leading projects from conception to successful completion. Mr. Lee is an experienced banker, enthusiastic leader and creative strategist.
Renato began his career as an Intern (Asset Management Group) for World Financial Group Asset Management Ltd. in Taipei, Taiwan from September 2003 to March 2004.
April 2004 to May 2004, Renato was a Consultant (Overseas Absentee Voting) for Manila Economic and Cultural Office. After being a consultant, Mr. Lee began working
for Bank of Commerce and started by being Marketing Associate followed by being a Senior Marketing Associate. Since then, one promotion came after the other.
In November 2006, he was promoted to Pro Relationship Manager position. After a year, another promotion came which is Relationship Manager, a position which he
held for 2 years. Finally, with his commendable efforts and contributions to the bank he became a Project Manager (Fortmarc Program-Forwarding Marketing Culture).
At present, Mr. Lee being the CEO of TGEG has the ultimate management responsibility for the company. He reports directly to the Board of Directors and appoints
other managers to help in carrying out the responsibilities of the organization. Renato holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of the
Philippines – School of Economics and International MBA - concentration in finance, international business and marketing from National Chengchi University-College of
Commerce where he ranked as No. 47 top global MBA in 2010 according to the Financial Times. Mr. Renato W. Lee III purposefully puts in place the right initiatives
to drive the company as a whole towards the company's vision.

President and Marketing Manager
Mr. Lamb graduated from Newcastle City College with a degree in Bachelor of Business Studies. John has worked for several companies in Newcastle England.
He worked for Procter and Gamble where he held various positions. John was also part of a marketing team that interfaced with customers to ensure that marketing plans fully capitalize
on local understanding. He has spent the last three years traveling and working in Asia. With John's marketing capabilities, he was able to work his way up in senior positions in several
companies, one being the Holiday Inn Hotel in Bangkok.
In September 2008, he was asked to be a part of the True Green Energy Group. Since then, John Lamb kept on inspiring the rest of the
company with his outstanding marketing outlook. John Lamb currently serves as the president and the marketing manager of True Green Energy Group. He is the person behind all the facets of
TGEG's excellent marketing strategies. This includes managing and coordinating all marketing matters for the company. He develops and implements marketing plans. He rigorously monitors
reviews and reports all the marketing activities on a regular basis. He has held the said position since February 2009.

Chief Operating Officer
Richie M. Carson is responsible for ensuring that all rules implemented by the Board of Directors are kept. It is her responsibility to implement the company's mission and vision
and to guide and set pace for its current operations and future development. Ms. Carson oversees delegation of authority to management, monitors and evaluates the implementation of policies,
strategies and business plans and determines monitoring criteria to be used by the board. Ms. Carson ensures that the internal controls are effective. She promotes the goodwill and support
of shareholders and relevant stakeholders. Ms. Carson attends and participates in meetings on a regular basis, and events as able. She got her degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education year 2006.
In 2008, she acquired her license as a certified teacher. Ms. Carson was one of the pioneers of Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation (SBSC) and was employed in the year 2008 as Executive Secretary.
In the year 2009, the predecessor of True Green Energy Group (TGEG) was established and she was given a chance to work as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Richie Carson being a licensed
teacher and COO recognizes systems and is fearless when trying new ways to unite organizations in the company together effectively.

Chief Financial Officer
The greatest role in financial and auditing in the company falls on the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. CharleyG. Padua, who is the newest addition to the executive line-up. Being a Branch Head for 15 years at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company since 1996 to 2011 has earned him the most valuable position in TGEG as its CFO.
Back in 1990 to 1992, Charley was the Internal Auditor at SF NaguiatEnt Inc.examined and evaluated system records and operating procedures; verified compliance with established plans, policies, procedures, and control systems; assured compliance with regulatory conditions; and assured adherence to generally accepted accounting and auditing principles. Then from 1992 to 1994,he was promoted as the company's Chief Accountant in SF NaguiatEnt. Inc., in charge and responsible for the preparation of financial reports and giving summaries and forecasts of the company's financial position, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses. He was also the Finance Manager at Golden Cane Furniture Mfg. Corp. from 1994 to 1996 who generally supervised various functions, such as lending, trusts, mortgages, and investments, or programs, including sales and operations.
His proven dedication, trustworthiness and loyalty to his previous jobs and expertise in International Comprehensive Banking System operations (ICBS), Mosaic Banking system Internal Audit and Financial Management arms him in this challenging role at TGEG to achieve potential business and investments for the growth and expansion of TGEG Green Energy Companies.

Treasurer
Dorcas is hard working, trustworthy and very productive. She analyzes and absorbs information quickly and has good accuracy and consideration to detail. Dorcas is willing to take liability for
what are often complex decisions on treasury matters. Dorcas Jutis, Treasurer, is responsible for supervising the entire functions from treasury department. Ultimately, she bears responsibility
for supervising the closing and settlement of all books and accounts in the treasury's office, including the investor's data master file and company book. Regularly preparing all obligatory
reports is one of her many duties. She provides essential information to the accountant with reference to all receipts, balances and annual reports.
She instills confidence in others which boosts their morale and eventually inspiring the team to do better. She is one of the pioneer employees of Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation and has been
appointed as Treasurer. Dorcas used to work for BDC Marketing Corporation, Manila as a Branch Supervisor for 3 consecutive years. Dorcas is a graduate of Computer Science from Interface
Computer College, Philippines. With her excellent leadership skills, Dorcas was able to improve treasury department. She can do and bring about positive change wherever she is assigned.

Corporate Auditor
Tomasita holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting at the University of Iloilo, Iloilo City, Philippines. She is currently the Corporate Auditor of
True Green Energy Group Corporation Philippines. She is responsible for the accounting programs, management of the Accounting Department and as Chief Accountant has full authority
over all accounting activities and accounting personnel. Prior to joining True Green Energy Group Corporation, Tomasita worked in a top private security company that provides security
services nationwide. She also served in the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserved Command for two years.
In 2006, Tomasita was recognized as top 1 in the Philippine Military Training
and brought honor and credit not only to the Armed Forces of the Philippine but also to Southland Security Corporation of the Philippines. She now holds a lifetime military rank of Master
Sergeant. Tomasita became a licensed Security Officer the same year she attended and completed the Security Officers Training Program. She conducts Inspection to some respective post of
Security Personnel. Tomasita, being the Corporate Auditor is the company's first line of defense against various kinds of business fraud. She makes sure that the assets claimed on the
books are real and that operations of the business make and sell products or provide services as described. The results of her training in military and as a security officer showed a
disposition of firm, decisive and competent leader. Tomasita leads a team responsible for implementing accounting programs that is critical for True Green Energy Group's daily functions.
She sees to it that all public records are accurate and all taxes have been paid on regular basis. Tomasita makes sure that the integrity of TGEG's internal sources is maintained
and also keeps the accounting department free from any kind of fraud or mismanagement.
