Our Company is an organization of partners that were able to gather green members around the world. They are dedicated to moving renewable energy and proper waste management into the global
mainstream of our global economy, ensuring the success of the renewable energy industry to become one of the few types of industry that can be considered recession proof while helping to build a
sustainable and independent energy future for the world. In this day and age of money and environment awareness, our Company gives people an opportunity to help themselves regarding both issues.
TGEG is deploying Bio Green power plants and waste management facilities to get rid of garbage with almost zero waste and almost zero emissions and eliminate the need to purchase commercial
generators and developed coal plants which are actually considered crimes against humanity. The Bio Green System Technology has many benefits to producing green electricity. The TGEG management system
recycles unwanted garbage with "MRF" (material recycling facility) system while the total waste management solution uses the remaining Municipal Solid Waste to protect and give back to the
environment pure, clean, green electricity and by-products. Our strategic partnership with engineers will continue on a mission to relentlessly improve the technology on a daily basis.
TGEG united with SBSC have sparked the creation of a clean energy economy via the Bio Green power plant system. With the strategic partnerships that are helping the MKV
we achieved a much better result in its performance. Our goal is to double or triple the production of alternative energy in Philippines and Brazil over the next five years because
of the massive offer of global deployment we are delegating with our strategic partners. This concept describes the perspective of sustainable supply of electricity for Asia, Europe (EU),
South America (SA), the Middle East (ME), North Africa (NA) and South Africa (SA) and several other countries up to the year 2050 with the use of this technology and its partners.
It shows that a transition to competitive, secure and compatible supply is possible using renewable energy sources and efficiency gains, and ending the use of fossil fuels for power when the
Bio Green System is deployed.
In order to find viable transition to electricity supply that is inexpensive, compatible with the environment and based on secure resources, rigorous criteria was applied by TGEG,
SBSC and the strategic partners to ensure that the results were compatible with a comprehensive definition of sustainability. A central criterion for power generation is the Bio Green's
availability at any moment on demand is essential for the success of this project. Today, this will be achieved by deploying the Bio Green System and the recycling facilities to consume the
maximum possible Municipal Solid Waste and organic waste in order to provide electricity and other sources of clean by-products that are well needed in our society. This will be accomplished
through a vast network of garbage availability worldwide. The Bio Green System with its unique characteristics has many benefits not only that it produces electricity but it also produce several
by-products that is needed in this modern technology and age. The management system recycles unwanted garbage with the "MRF" (material recycling facility) system while the total waste management
solution uses the remaining Municipal Solid Waste to protect and give back to the environment pure, clean, green electricity and by-products.
Our company has an ambitious goal to deploy 600-900 machineries across the Philippines in the next 25 years. We have already signed contracts in the Philippines namely; San Fernando,
Santa Rosa, Naga City, Dumaguete, Tanjay and Bayawan City. We will also aggressively attack the Brazilian market because of the country's main concern of cleaning its target cities.
Brazil is a very big country, we will deploy over a thousand machines across the country in cities like Foz do Iguaçu, Goiânia, Cristalina, Rio de Janeiro, Palmas, Aracajú, Teófilo Otoni,
Brasília-DF, São Paulo.
An environmental and safety issue also links with the landfill gas. We intend to follow the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to ensure that when we are mining those landfills,
our ratio of accidents are very minimal. Very delicate measures have to take place before the start of mining the landfill. Huge packets of methane and toxic gasses are compressed underground and
if not properly handled can result to serious disasters. Our company will adopt the EPA guidelines and will also install gas specially methane extractors before the start of excavation.
When the level of gasses is considered safe and the gas are properly stored and can be used for the production of electricity for example Methane being converted to electricity,
surprisingly this section of our operation is also profitable because we can convert this energy for future distribution to industries that use them on a daily basis.
Around the world we have landfills that can achieve over 200 hectares and over 50 years in age with depth of up to 50 meters of compressed garbage. For that reason, our company decided to
adopt and old but very efficient system. The Pyrolysis System is a technology that has been implemented worldwide for over 40 years. The Pyrolysis System has several plants all over the world
in operation. The companies that we are in business with have over 400 plants in operation or installed worldwide. The Pyrolysis System's new generation of machines can easily process 24 tons of
hydrocarbon material per day (rubber, plastics, tires, etc.) with very high precision. The final products of this procedure are 40% bunker oil, 30% carbon black and self sustaining gas used as fuel
for the daily operation. The remaining gas that is inside the reactor will be re-routed into the Pyrolysis reactor which is used as an inside source of energy for the operation of the Pyrolysis
Machine. Meaning, the machine is self-sufficient (self contained).
For the Pyrolysis Machine to operate on a large scale and our concept, our engineers developed especially designed machine called a Trommel unit. This machine is installed directly at the landfill
site. The Trommel is completely mobile and can be transferred very easily as the landfill is decreasing in size or can be moved to the next landfill with a minimal effort. The standard Trommel
has a capability to process 1,400 tons of old garbage a day. Keep in mind that the Trommel will only operate on landfills. No fresh garbage can be used in this machine. The Pyrolysis System
is self sufficient and extremely profitable. The Pyrolysis System is a very efficient system depending on the quality of the materials extracted from the landfill sites and several other variables.
For easy computation and easy understanding, we will use 1,000 tons of old garbage per day, based on our studies in San Fernando using a core sample per each metric. This core sample was done
with excavation and study of each meter of garbage extracted with an approximate of 30 meters deep. Based on our test we came up with the result of almost 30% or 300 tons of hydrocarbons (plastics).
With that kind of production, we will use 10 to 11 Pyrolysis Systems to support that kind of production. With this innovation, we will ensure that a faster clean-up of the landfill will occur because
for 1,000 tons of calculation: 30% basic Hydrocarbon, 40% dirt decomposing matter that will be used for the fertilizer. The remaining percentage includes metals and glass that has a significant value
in the recycling industry in the market today. Keep in mind that our strategic partners have an open mind to design to accommodate each landfill with its distinguished characteristic.
Landfill gas, originating from the organic content of waste consists primarily of methane. Methane gas is extracted from the ground via pump system made from PVC pipes. The methane gas will then be
funneled into a separator tower so that it will isolate itself from other gasses. The methane then is redirected to a generator that produces 1 to 2 MW of electricity per hour. Other gasses are stored
in their appropriate tanks to allow the selling of gases to other industries. As for the result, we are unable to put a price tag on the value of methane gas. The only thing we can do is give
an approximate value based on other landfill methane extractions done around the world.
Our Company is currently under negotiation with our future strategic partner, ERS from Japan. The purpose of this is for our engineers to be able to customize a machine that can handle 60 to 80 tons
of organic waste per day. The ERS can process all biodegradable waste at any age of decomposition and soil harvest from the landfill site. During the process, the bad bacteria exposed to the microbe
system used by ERS will be completely eliminated. The objective would be to mix organic waste with pre decomposed organic waste on a daily basis from the landfill site. The number of machines needed
to process that quality of waste will be decided by our engineers and ERS engineers. This will increase the profitability of the plant significantly and will eliminate all the contaminated organic
waste from both daily deliveries and landfills producing clean, high grade organic fertilizer.
After the finalization of our strategic partnership and contract exchange, our engineers will have one single purpose in mind. ERS has operating plants in the Philippines.
We will transport some of our soil extracted from our landfill and will be processed in the existing plants operating in this country. Only then we can give a more detailed analysis of the result.
One thing is for sure, the ERS microbial system processing ability is remarkable. Using the Shimozi 1, 2 and 3 micro-organism in a closed chamber with temperature control at 60°C, the microorganism d
eveloped by ERS guarantees a complete clean-up of the contaminated and harmless bacteria to humans into a perfect product which can be classified between 6 to 8 quality fertilizer, in other words,
24 tons of high-grade fertilizer can be produced in 6 hours per machine. This process has been used around Asia for more than 20 years with over 180 plants in operation. Our engineers and the ERS
engineers will be using a reverse technology of the process they are using now. They are very confident that they cannot only quadruple the production but also increase the price of the fertilizer
that can be sold here in the Philippines between $200-350 a ton. The same quality of fertilizer in the US can be sold to $800-1200 a ton depending which country it will be sold.
Our Engineers and Executives of the company have made major contribution to accelerate the processing of the new and old garbage. Recently, the world market for mixed pellets has gained a worldwide
interest because it can be easily transported and for us that already has a functional plant, the manufacture of 2-3 tons on a daily basis will be needed to increase few more machines that would not be
costly in relation to the increase of profitability. Manufactured 3-4 tons of pellets per day will create, for our company that already has a contract of distribution of any mount of pellet we can
produce, a significant amount of income because pellets are sold in the world market between $75 a ton depending on the quality up to $300 a ton. We believe that we can very well be situated
between those two figures.
Agricultural experts have stressed the importance of fertilizer use and its significant effect on their crops influencing their productivity. The quality of the fertilizer we produce is high grade
and very much in demand in the agriculture industry. Based on the calculations from other fertilizer facilities, around the world that are generating 200 tons of waste per day have a projected income
of $250 per ton. Our engineers and the ERS engineers believe that we can double this profit based on the feasibility studies of the proposed landfill site. The fresh garbage will be deposited into
the tipping area and will go through MRF. All the recyclables will be separated, bailed, stored and prepared to be sold for the worldwide market. All remaining garbage that cannot be processed will
be put into a conveyor belt going into the shredder. From the shredder, the remaining garbage will go to a unit to be dried and prepared to be pelletized. After the pelletization, those pellets will
be dropped in a hopper that uses a computerized system that will feed each of the bio green units that are lined up with the rest of the equipment. All three bio green will intake 4,000 tons of
pellets daily.
According to United Nations, three systems (Pyrolysis System, Fertilizer System and Bio Green System) qualify for carbon credit. At this moment, we cannot give the exact amount of carbon credits that
can be generated. However, we know for a fact that it can increase the profitability of the plant in the interval of 15% to 30% annually. Finally, we do have all the products produced by the facility
with letter of intents from several companies worldwide to sign a contract with us to fully purchase all the final products mentioned above. All our systems are built in modular sections that can be
added for expansion of the power plant and increase the efficiency significantly.
Each bio green works within a starved oxygen environment. Once the pellets are dropped inside the first chamber called the reactor, the temperature inside the chamber is 800°C. The temperature at
first is achieved by the injection of natural gas or methane. Once the pellets are in the first chamber, the bio green becomes self-contained. Mixed gas is highly combustible. When exposed to a
controlled environment of oxygen, it will become flammable and will produce a jet flame that is connected to the center chamber of the low pressure boiler (350 to 400 PSI). This is enough to produce
steam to have each turbine produce 3mw/hour of electricity. This process happens simultaneously with 3 systems working side by side with the end result of 9 mw per hour that will be delivered to the grid.
The Bio Green System Technology is a very important component of the whole operation because it will produce half mw of electricity needed for the daily operation of the power plant. This will increase the profitability
of the plant tremendously.
Our whole plant can be built in sections or only the Bio Green completely turn-key. We can design the facility according to your needs. Each country in the world has different kinds of garbage,
different kinds of need of by-products and even water that this system can deliver. The price of our system always varies depending on the demand that is required. Our systems are built in modules
and can easily be upgraded. For example, considering Bio Green System alone, each Bio Green works in a stored oxygen environment. Bio Green being mentioned, can be broken down to components like bio green,
boiler, turbines and all other components to make the system work excluding engineering, construction, analysis, license and studies of the landfill.
One Bio Green System, meaning one section will have 1 reactor (the bio green system) divided in 3 chambers:
1st Chamber: Controlled temperature with stored oxygen chamber at 800 °C. To start the reactor, we use methane or natural gas. Once the chamber achieved 800°C, there is no need to use any other
outside form of energy. The pellets will drop inside the first chamber will guarantee a smooth process of production of electricity. Once the pellets arrived at the 1st chamber, the process of
gasification will start. Moving by an internal mechanism, the pellets are transported to the 2nd chamber.
2nd Chamber: 1000-1200°C within minutes the matters are transferred to the 3rd chamber for Oxidation.
3rd Chamber: The Venturi System is used to accelerate the process by injecting a flame that is created in a split of seconds and is injection inside a 2nd heater low pressure boiler.
That boiler is responsible from 2.7 to 3 mw of electricity on a continued basis.
When we finish the well designed plant, we will achieve the highest energy and waste management plant recovery system in the world up to this day. Based on our studies, we are sure that we can
achieve up to 99% recovery. That is an amazing accomplishment and a dream come true not only on the financial aspect but also on health and most importantly, a major contribution to our priceless
planet to recover itself.
Postscript:
San Fernando facility is almost ready to start its operation. Phase 1 is almost complete. Phase 1 will generate immediately a very large and significant amount of profits because all the
machineries necessary to operate phase 1 has been purchased and it is in its final stage of assembling. Phase 1 will manufacture pellets on a rate of 2,000 tons per day ready to be sold
internally or externally of the country. Our package system will apply with the World Health Organization, and can be exported outside the country and be used as fuels for companies around the
world for a much better price compared with the fuels they are using now.
